  • We offer direct-to-customer dispatch services for high-quality home and kitchen products.

  • By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
     

2. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our website.

  • We accept payments via Stripe, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit/debit cards.

  • All transactions are secure, and your payment details are not stored on our servers.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options are available through Klarna/Clearpay, subject to approval.
     

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer same-day or next-day dispatch on select products.

  • Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

  • We only ship within the UK.

  • Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by couriers.
     

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@purecomfort-co.com.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
     

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed.

6. Warranty & Product Issues

  • Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours with photo proof to support@purecomfort-co.com
